What is your returns policy?

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us at before the 14-day period ends. Please note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products. The seal or packaging must be unbroken for a return to be approved.
How do I start a return or exchange process?

To return an item. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Ensure the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Send the item back within 14 days after notifying us. The return shipping cost is the costumers responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect
What payment methods do you accept, and which currencies do you support?

We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as local payment methods such as Swish and Vipps. All transactions are processed in SEK.
