Absolutely. The products you trust are made with the same high-quality standards, formulations, and effective ingredients. Our commitment to quality remains unchanged, and we’re dedicated to delivering the reliable results you expect from us under our new brand, Face Formula.
For a short period, you will see some Elixir Cosmeceuticals products alongside our new Face Formula branding, as stock levels vary by product. We’ve worked hard to make this transition as seamless as possible, so most products will be available immediately under the new brand. Rest assured, your favorite products will remain accessible throughout this period.
Most of our product formulas will stay the same, ensuring you get the familiar results you trust. However, we’re making a few updates to some products, including Face Foam and Essential Formula (previously Face Formula), to incorporate the latest advancements in skincare technology. These adjustments are designed to enhance their effectiveness while maintaining our commitment to quality.

No, you’re welcome to check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes future purchases easier - you can track your orders, save your details for next time, and view your full order history whenever you like.
To reset your password, go to the login page on our website and click on “Forgot your password?”. Enter the email address linked to your account, and you’ll receive an email with instructions to set a new password.
If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder - or contact us if you need further help.
Yes - to update your account details, simply log in to your account and go to “Account details”. There, you can edit your name, email address, and saved addresses.
If you wish to delete your account, please contact us directly and we’ll help you remove your information in accordance with GDPR and data protection regulations.
Orders & Shipping
Orders within Sweden are normally delivered within 2-3 working days. For deliveries to other EU countries, you can expect your order to arrive within approximately one week. Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a confirmation by email.
Yes, tracking is available as an optional service. If you’d like to track your shipment, simply select a delivery method that includes tracking at checkout. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your parcel has been dispatched.
We currently ship within Sweden and to EU member countries. You’ll see available shipping options at checkout based on your location.
We offer free shipping on orders over 1000 SEK. For smaller orders, shipping costs vary depending on the delivery method you select at checkout.
Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed. If you wish to make any adjustments, you will need to cancel your order and place a new one. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.
We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as local payment methods such as Swish and Vipps. All transactions are processed in SEK.
Yes - once your order is complete, you’ll automatically receive an order confirmation and receipt by email.
Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us at before the 14-day period ends.
Please note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products. The seal or packaging must be unbroken for a return to be approved.
To return an item:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Ensure the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Send the item back within 14 days after notifying us.
The return shipping cost is the costumers responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days. The refund will include the original purchase price and standard shipping cost. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Our Products
Yes - all of our products are cruelty-free. They are produced in Europe (specifically in Italy, Switzerland, and Germany), where animal testing for cosmetics has long been banned. We also only sell our products in countries where animal testing is not required by law.
That said, we believe in transparency: while none of our finished products or ingredients are tested on animals, many active ingredients in skincare have historically undergone animal testing during their development, to ensure safety and efficacy. This applies to most active ingredients used in the industry today.
Because of this, we are not officially certified as cruelty-free. Certification involves specific criteria that can be difficult to meet due to the historical use of certain ingredients. We choose not to make claims we cannot fully stand behind - but we are committed to ethical practices and transparency every step of the way.

At the moment, we only offer travel-size versions of a few selected products. We do not currently offer free samples. If you’d like to try a product before committing to the full size, we recommend visiting one of our resellers for in-store testing.
