• Is the Signature Treatment safe during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

  We do not recommend this treatment during pregnancy or lactation. Due to the procedures use in high-strength AHA chemical peels and microneedling, both of which can penetrate more deeply, we advise postponing the treatment until after pregnancy and breastfeeding are complete. Instead, opt for gentle, pregnancy-safe facials and daily mineral SPF to maintain skin health in the meantime.
• How should I prepare before my appointment?

  Stop using high-strength exfoliants such as AHAs, BHAs and retinoids three to five days before your appointment; avoid waxing, laser hair removal or any other aggressive facial treatments for a full week; and apply a broad-spectrum mineral SPF 30–50 every day to prevent sunburn and lower the risk of post-treatment pigmentation—then simply arrive with clean, makeup-free skin and be ready to relax.
• What should I focus on after my treatment?

  For the first 48–72 hours keep the skin calm and protected: cleanse gently with a mild cleanser, layer a barrier-strengthening hydrator, and reapply a broad-spectrum mineral SPF 50 whenever you’re exposed to daylight. Steer clear of direct sun, saunas, intense workouts, exfoliating acids, retinoids, and picking or rubbing at any flaking so the skin can heal evenly, lock in moisture, and avoid post-treatment irritation or pigmentation.
• How long does a Signature Treatment session take?

  Plan on 60 minutes, which includes consultation, skin prep, the chemical peel, microneedling with exosome serum, the micro-current sheet mask and final after-care.
• Will I experience downtime or side effects?

  Downtime is minimal. You may feel mild tightness or dryness for a day or two, but nothing excessive. Normal activities and makeup are usually fine the next day. Keep the skin well hydrated and use broad spectrum SPF while it renews.
